Christelle Dubouchet is a Global Senior Legal Counsel with strong experience in U.S, E.U., and U.K. Customs law, Sanctions, and Export Controls. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Law (LL.M., 2020), she is also a qualified Lawyer for the Paris Bar (2014) and a member of both the New York State Bar (2021) and the State Bar of California (2021).

Her extensive experience in advisory works and litigation allows her to deal with complex Sanctions and Export Controls issues regarding hardware and software contexts. 

Before studying at U.C. Berkeley, she served as a Senior Associate at Arsene in Paris, advising on Customs Law and International Trade. Her expertise includes risk analysis, defense strategy preparation, and managing relationships with authorities to secure favorable outcomes.
