Prof Fabrizio Vismara

Fabrizio Vismara is a partner in the Litigation and Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice in our Milan office. An experienced lawyer Fabrizio represents Italian and international clients on domestic and cross-border regulatory, corporate and tax matters. Fabrizio focuses his practice on tax law, customs law and international trade law. Fabrizio’s litigation expertise encompasses tax and customs disputes before Italian courts, including the Italian Supreme Court. In addition, Fabrizio assists clients on a range of  international trade matters.

Fabrizio is a Professor of International Law at the University of Insubria and Director of the Center of research on customs and trade law at the same University.
