
Prof Hans-Michael Wolffgang
Prof. Dr. Hans-Michael Wolffgang is a Professor of Law and Director of the Institute of Customs and International Trade Law (ICTL) at the University of Münster, Germany that offers the Münster Masters studies in Customs, Taxation and International Trade Law (MCA). He is a co-founder and Vice-President of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU), co-founder and Member of the Editorial Board of the World Customs Journal (WCJ), Chairman of the Advisory Board of the European Forum for External Trade, Customs and Excise (EFA) and a Member of the International Customs Law Academy (ICLA). He has written extensively on international trade law, customs law and export control law. In addition to his academic activities Prof. Dr. Wolffgang is a co-founder of the AWB Tax Consultancy and AWB Law Firm, specializing in customs law, value added tax law and law of export controls, with branches in Hamburg and Munich.
