For the past five years, Karolis Zelenkauskas has been working in the medical device production industry at UAB "Hollister Lietuva" (in Lithuania), serving as a Manufacturing Shift Team Leader. This role has offered him the opportunity to develop a range of skills, including problem-solving, effective communication, applying Lean principles, leading teams, and developing strategies.
Karolis academic journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Commerce from Vytautas Magnus University. His bachelor's thesis explored the application of Lean systems in optimizing warehouse operations for "X" company. Currently, Karolis is pursuing a Master's degree in Customs Process Management at the same university, broadening my understanding of the field.
