Starting with determination and curiosity, Peter built his expertise through continuous study, hands-on experience, and a willingness to challenge established ways of working. His firsthand exposure to internal politics and power dynamics within large organizations became a defining motivation behind founding CATTS, shaping its practical, customer-centric philosophy and its emphasis on genuine partnership. He’s known for advocating practical solution, guided by the belief that everything is possible when you bring the right attitude and a solution-focused mindset.
