Rainer Wilms
Rainer Wilms is responsible for customs matters in Europe – operational and strategic – at DB Schenker, located in Frankfurt/Main in Germany.
He has 25 years of experience in Customs and related IT. He started his customs career at AEB in Stuttgart and Soest, continued by engagements with Abeam Consulting in Neu-Isenburg and Deloitte in Mannheim. For a long period of his work life Rainer worked at IKEA Supply AG in Switzerland as Global Customs Manager.
This background in customs consulting, trading and logistics in combination with his customs IT experience helps him explain and discuss the often complex world of customs.
