Simeon is a counsel in the International Trade Group of Crowell & Moring and advises clients on all areas of import regulatory compliance, trade remedies, and international trade litigation. 

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Simeon was a Trade & Finance attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Before his time at CBP, Simeon served as counsel to Commissioner Irving A. Williamson at the U.S. International Trade Commission, where he worked on antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and various trade remedies matters. 

As a law student, Simeon served as technical editor of the Howard University School of Law Human Rights and Globalization Law Review.
