With over 13 years of experience in law, Svetlana regularly advises major international and European corporations on all stages of Russian and cross-border M&As, on both the buyer’s and the seller’s sides. She has vast experience in advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, anti-money laundering and day-to-day corporate matters, including relating to customs issues.
Svetlana was recognized by the peer review guide Best Lawyers 2019 in the area of Corporate Law.
