3/8 EU law news overview CW27-30

The ninth webinar on updates to EU customs-related legislation took place on 2 August 2024. The chosen ‘keyword’ of the presentation was 'non-manipulation' - with the aim of drawing attention to the recent legal national news on the digitalization of the certificate of non-manipulation, which is used in case goods of preferential origin are being unloaded/ stored while in transit.
