Consultation on the topic ‘Customs representation in the EU’ takes place on 11 June 2024 at 13:00 – 14:00 CEST.
Lecturer: Dr Momchil Antov is Chairman of the National Organisation of Customs Agents and Associated Professor at the Department of Control and Analysis of Economic Activity at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov, Bulgaria.
Topics:
- What customs representatives do and can do, and what requirements apply to their activities in different EU countries;
- The duties and responsibilities of the representative and the person represented;
- How to choose the most appropriate customs representative and establish a successful cooperation to minimise the risks and maximise the benefits of customs-related activities.
About the course
The extensive Customs clearance and trade compliance in the EU course provides newcomers and cross-functional employees with the knowledge needed to successfully manage compliance and mitigate risk in this complex area. It consists of 21 recorded modules, which learners have access to for a period of 3 months. Each module can also be purchased separately.
The course material is developed by an international team of experts, and you can meet with them to discuss any questions you may have in the bi-weekly consultations.
