NEW! Customs Compliance & Risk Management Journal Issue 39

Dear Reader,

Issue 39 of the Customs Compliance & Risk Management (CCRM) journal is now available and can be accessed here. The PDF edition is free to access, and several articles can also be read free of charge.

In this June/July issue, our authors look at recent legal and practical developments affecting customs work in the EU and beyond. The issue also includes our regular news updates, helping you keep track of changes across key areas of customs and trade.

Among the key themes in this issue:

  • EU and UK customs and trade: monthly news roundup

  • Why companies need to rethink how they manage tariff classification

  • UCC change for US imports: proof of origin now includes direct transport

  • CJEU: placed at the wrong office, relief lost

  • E-commerce: flat-rate duty of €3 and introduction of a product identifier

  • Beyond the EU Data Hub: harmonising customs knowledge

You will also notice that the PDF edition has a new look. We hope the updated design makes the journal easier and more enjoyable to read.

As always, we would be glad to hear from you. Questions, feedback, and article ideas are welcome at info@customsclear.net.

Enjoy reading!
