This engaging session will feature:

  • How the LLM4LM Lab, run by Be Informed with TNO, the University of Amsterdam, and Eindhoven University of Technology, is exploring AI’s transformative role in logistics.

  • Applications of AI in shipment booking, route optimisation, customs processing and other critical logistics functions.

  • The key challenges of applying AI in regulated trade and transport environments.

  • How norm engineering and the FLINT standard enable the development of reliable, compliant logistics AI.
